Our finest selection of Valpolicella is given a second fermentation in contact with the grape pomace from the Amarone, thus enriching its aromas, body and complexity.

We were so proud of our first “Ripasso” made with a selection of our best grapes, that we became the first family to flaunt the name on a label.

Bouquet complesso e avvolgente, ricordi di frutti di bosco, amarena, prugna, muschio, grafite, tabacco, note balsamiche, pepe nero e inchiostro

Note aromatiche molto particolari ed uniche, franche per l’appunto: fragole, mirtilli, lamponi e ribes si mescolano a tracce fumè, humus e violetta, con un sottofondo erbaceo sempre presente

Aromi delicati e floreali, al naso sono marcati i profumi di lievito e di pasticceria.

Si schiudono, successivamente, profumi di frutta a polpa bianca ma anche profumi di frutta secca tostata

L’esperienza di Famiglia Castagnedi incontra le denominazioni internazionali con il Pinot Grigio. Eleganza, pulizia e verticalità, per un vino nato tra le vigne di proprietà.

Caratteristiche di questo vino pugliese

Si presenta con un colore rosso rubino molto intensodai riflessi violacei. Il profilo olfattivo richiama note di frutti di bosco e more mentre al palato è ben equilibrato, con una moderata trama tannica.

Montefalco DOC Rosso

A wine produced using red grape varieties grown in the Montefalco area, the limestone and clay terroir make it a full-bodied and aromatic wine with spicy and red fruit notes.

AREA OF PRODUCTION:

Area Vestenanova, in the Alpone Valley in the Lessini Mountains of Verona province.

Red wine with character. The concentration and

richness of its parts are combined in a balance

of great style and pleasantness.

Colour: ruby red with garnet reflections.

Bouquet: spicy with notes of vanilla and hints of

cherry and black cherry. Taste: soft and round

with sweet tannins that blend well with the

wine’s texture. The finish is long, ending with

spicy tones

The Cabernet pays homage to the nose offering notes of ripe black berries elegantly blended with wood, giving an intriguing complexity.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation for about 10 days with selected yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
