Nose

small red fruits, blackberries, currants and cherries in alcohol, scents of vanilla, tobacco and spices

Palate

Complex, with a lovely mineral imprint, well-balanced and bodied. Soft and smooth tannins and warm long-lasting finish with reminiscences of prunes.

After a strict selection, the grapes are laid on small trays

and dried in order to increase the sugar concentration.

The oak ageing intensifies its characteristics.

Description

Born from the careful selection of our Garganega grapes grown on hills; round wine, with mineral accents, exhibits a complex nose of tropical fruit. A warm, perfumed and mellow Soave.

Great matched with fish dishes, vegetable and fish cruditès. Pairs well with fresh and soft cheese and selected finger food.

Serve at 12°C.

If the wisdom was a sparkling wine, it would be a Lessini Durello “Dosaggio Zero”: the Pas Dosè Classic Method produced with the grapes of the Lessini Mountains.

Its complex flavour remembers dried fruit and acacia’s honey, and also hints of toasted bread and yeast. The great structure tell the long ageing in bottle in the quarries of the winery.

In these years the rhythm of the seasons runs incessantly, the wisdom of time increase and the balance of this sparkling wine grow up on acidity and minerality with a long finish.

Originario dalla Gironda nella regione di Bordeaux, è giunto oltre un secolo fa in

Trentino, preceduto dalla notorietà dei prodotti ottenuti Oltralpe, nella zona dei

Sauternes. Il vino Sauvignon è, infatti, fine e sapido con aroma elegante e personale,

più o meno accentuato in funzione dell'annata. 

Il Sebastian Brut Rosé è ottenuto da vitigni a bacca

rossa. Dopo la vendemmia si effettua una spremitura

soffice ed una lieve macerazione a bassa temperatura

per estrarre dalle bucce parte del colore. Segue

una vinificazione a bassa temperatura e a seguire

la seconda fermentazione del vino in autoclave con

affinamento sui lieviti per alcuni mesi. Questo permette

di ottenere uno spumante dall’ampio bouquet di

profumi freschi e avvolgenti, e dalla struttura vibrante.

Pieno, morbido, intenso e persistente; con evidenti note di confetture di frutti rossi e ciliegia marasca.

Dall’uvaggio di uve rosse tipiche della Valpolicella Classica accuratamente selezionate e raccolte a mano dopo la metà di ottobre.

Vino di grande prestigio, nasce da una accurata selezione di uve rosse tipiche della Valpolicella Classica.

Le uve raccolte a mano in piena maturazione con particolare attenzione vengono appassite nei appositi fruttai.

Il classico per eccellenza della famiglia Tommasi. Eleganza e struttura, morbidezza e complessità lo rendono un vino unico.
