Vino Spumante Extra Brut

Medium intensity ruby red colour. The scent is vinous, characteristic, pleasant and delicate, reminiscent of the fruits that ripen in the area: cherries, morello cherries and plums. The taste is dry, full-bodied, bitterish, savory and harmonious, sometimes captivating due to the pungent ginger, a typical note in our wines.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation for about 10 days with selected yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks.

Marasca, piccoli frutti di bosco, frutta rossa candita con note speziate di pepe nero,liquirizia, cacao e tabacco.

Bel colore rubino luminoso. Al naso offre sentori di marasca, rosa appassita, tabacco dolce su un’intrigante nota di sottobosco. In bocca è riproposta la nota fruttata con ricordi di pepe nero su tannini morbidi e non invasivi.

Authentic and completely personal interpretation of Pinot Nero wine, through cultivation at 600 m of altitude, in order to allow the territory to express itself without prejudice, without schemes. The result is a red wine of excellent character and personality, intense and persistent on the nose with aromas of macerated berries, dried herbs and spicy notes.
