AGEING AND REFINING: maturation in steel tanks
and bottle ageing.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow bright and warm,
offers up to the nose intense and fruity notes.
Well-bodied and with a good structure, it has a
light acidity which brightens up the palate.
Refreshing mineral and citrus finish.

Our winery counts two different cellars for our wines production:
one is located in SOAVE area and the other in the VALPOLICELLA DOC area.
Both our cellars are equipped with modern production systems, which allows us to follow, in first person, the whole vinification process,
starting from the grape de-stemming to the storage of the bottles.

small red fruits, blackberries, currants and cherries in alcohol, scents of vanilla, tobacco and spices
Palate
Complex, with a lovely mineral imprint, well-balanced and bodied. Soft and smooth tannins and warm long-lasting finish with reminiscences of prunes.
After a strict selection, the grapes are laid on small trays
and dried in order to increase the sugar concentration.
The oak ageing intensifies its characteristics.
