Thanks to its unique characteristics, Ripasso of

Valpolicella is one of the most known italian wines.

Traditional wine made through the “ripasso” of a young

Valpolicella wine on the skins of Amarone

Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes make this

wine the perfect reflection of the vines characteristics,

spreading an intense and persistent bouquet.

and dried in order to increase the sugar concentration.

The oak ageing intensifies its characteristics.
