Data sheet

A rich, elegant wine, full of personality: all this is the Due Veneto Bianco IGT wine. Result of continuous experimentation and research of the perfect blend. A work of art that hold the two provinces of Verona and Vicenza.
The balance sculpted in a wine, this is the image evoked by the delicate aromas of tropical fruit of our Chardonnay Veneto Bianco IGT.
Its processing consists in fact in the utmost knowledge of the components, perfectly organized in a game of harmonies and proportions between acidity, softness and saltiness. The same balanced dialogue which describes the beauty of a sculpture which becomes a work of art.

A strong structure and a marked balance give La Bandina all the characteristics of a great wine.
Not just a fine wine, but a symbol of a land and its pathways A landmark for those who used to travel through the Garbi Mountains was a small metal plate wind vane, that moved with the wind, (or “bandina”), fitted on the roof of the Castagnedi home.
Pian Alto Colli Berici DOC: it has impressive intensity. This wine is modeled on the strength, on its power.
Pian Alto Colli Berici DOC is carved in the rock. In its body all the shades of a fine Cabernet materialize. Its strength is impressive. This wine is modeled on strength, on power. Twenty days of withering of the grapes make it muscular. A warrior among wines with a deep red color, of excellent persistence.

After aging in the underground cellars for three years, the Lessini Durello “Brut”, produced with Traditional Method, learns perseverance. The ability of being stable, continuous. Persistence. In the same way this sparkling wine is long lasting iwhich can be appreciated in the mouth for a certain creaminess of the bubbles, parallel to a mineral quality which evokes rock dust. These have medium length and “push”.
It releases at the end aromas with reminiscences of citrus and pineapple. The color is bright yellow, its perlage is thick and continuous. Complex aroma, of white wildflowers and white pulp fruit with a sweet trace of almonds and toasted bread.

With a balanced tannicity and an authentic, recognisable flavour, Antonio Castagnedi is a fine glass of Amarone. Is that not enough?
Un vino che nasce dalla bellezza del paesaggio a Podere Casisano, circondato da boschi secolari, a 480 metri di altitudine, sulle colline a sud-est di Montalcino.
Due Veneto Rosso IGT: every sculpture has a double soul. One hidden in the raw material, the other moulded by the hands of the sculptor. With precise gestures and finesse he extracts the perfect beauty concealed in the material. In the same way, only with equal accuracy and finesse, a wine like Due Veneto IGT can be achieved. A product made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc variety which expects attention and pursuit of detail.
The enologist’s job consists exactly in listening to the variety and the grapes answering the needs they express: in this case, a treatment which reproduces the technique of Ripasso.
The second fermentation – evoked by the name “Due” – corrects in fact any possible defect and leads to an excellent result.
To perfect beauty carved with the grapes.
