Data sheet
Akenta Cuvée71 è un vino molto versatile che si presta per accompagnare aperitivi, pasti, piatti a base di pesce, brindisi e tanti momenti di gioia per gli amanti del vino provenienti da tutto il mondo.
In ALPONE GIALLO with Durella grape, sparkling Charmat method, we can discern a specific feeling: trust, which is as intangible as it is strong and unshakable. Like a sparkling wine characterized by a fine but long lasting perlage. Trust is like the spontaneity of a friend you can count on. It is the security and light heartedness of letting oneself go and say “I trust you”. It shines and it is delicate. Just like this straw yellow color sparkling wine, delicate in the fresh fragrance of wildflowers and white pulp fruit. The flavor is velvety, lively, slightly fruity with a toasted hint and long lasting ending.
The vineyards that produce the grapes
for this wine are in Valle di Cavedine,
Cimone and on the Brentonico
Plateau, at an altitude of between 500
and 700 m a.s.l.
The different soils in the three areas
lend this wine an outstanding
complexity of aromas and a wealth of
flavours on the palate. The glacial soils
in the Valle di Cavedine and the
Dolomite limestone in Cimone give the
wine its intense crisp aromas and
minerality, while the basalt, wellstructured soils on the Brentonico
Plateau impart a highly persistent,
well-balanced palate.
A strong structure and a marked balance give La Bandina all the characteristics of a great wine.
Not just a fine wine, but a symbol of a land and its pathways A landmark for those who used to travel through the Garbi Mountains was a small metal plate wind vane, that moved with the wind, (or “bandina”), fitted on the roof of the Castagnedi home.
The balance sculpted in a wine, this is the image evoked by the delicate aromas of tropical fruit of our Chardonnay Veneto Bianco IGT.
Its processing consists in fact in the utmost knowledge of the components, perfectly organized in a game of harmonies and proportions between acidity, softness and saltiness. The same balanced dialogue which describes the beauty of a sculpture which becomes a work of art.
tai Rosso Colli Berici DOC: the wine of authenticity, of essence. Indissolubly rooted in the territory of which it is a local variety.
It is a world all to be re-discovered, flavors and aromas that reveal themselves and love to amaze, like a statue moulded with a raw material that, once forged and modeled, shows all its mysterious beauty. An authentic beauty.
Un vino che nasce dalla bellezza del paesaggio a Podere Casisano, circondato da boschi secolari, a 480 metri di altitudine, sulle colline a sud-est di Montalcino.
VINIFICATION The must remains in contact with the skins for a short time at a temperature of 5-6 °C to enable the aromas to be extracted. Special care is taken during the pressing stage so as to avoid the excessive extraction of colour. The must may also take on a typical copper colouring, which disappears spontaneously during alcoholic fermentation, giving way to a golden shade of yellow with slight greenish hues. After fermentation has been carried out in stainless steel at a temperature no higher than 20 °C, the wine is left to develop in tanks for 4-5 months before being bottled
