This authentic wine comes from organically managed vineyards located on the highest hillsides in Valpolicella Classica and reflects the values of tradition and sustainability that form the basis of the production philosophy of Cantina Valpolicella Negrar.

AROMA

Floral aroma of red roses and pansies, fruity aroma of cherries, sour cherries, plums, greengages, woodland berries such as blackberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants, raspberries.

Fieramonte recounts Valpolicella and its most important traditions, drawing on a blend of values ​​firmly rooted in a high-hill vineyard, characterized by southeast-facing slopes, and the tenacity of the man who has always reaped the best from those lands. Giovanni Allegrini was proud of it precisely for its high-hill location and its favorable eastern exposure, where the grapes ripen very evenly because—he continually repeated—the morning sun, chasing away the shadows of night, awakens nature and gently caresses the grapes.

Ripe ruby ​​red in color and with good intensity.

Sweet, plump red fruit blends with sweet spices, giving way to notes of medicinal herbs and delicate spices.

Full-bodied and satisfying. The well-structured body finds the perfect complement to its harmony in the acidic kick, resulting in a smooth yet agile palate.

A deep, brilliant purple-red color with a very light purplish mousse, the nose envelops with floral notes of violets and peonies, accompanied by blueberries, black cherry jam, and darker notes of blackberry. The palate is lively, fresh, and extremely pleasant, with barely perceptible tannins and a unique flavor that makes you want to eat!

This wine comes from a special vineyard, grown in an old marl quarry at 450m altitude, which we have converted

the cultivation of the vine.

Our Valpolicella Superiore, aged only in cement, has a ruby ​​red color with aromas of fresh red fruit, a good persistence and a smooth mouthfeel.

located on loose sand and gravel soils

The Amarone of the Télos di Sant'Antonio line comes from vineyards located in Monti Garbi, in the Veronese municipality of Mezzane di Sotto. The production of this wine does not require the addition of sulphites.

Amarone "Campo dei Gigli" is one of Tenuta Sant'Antonio's most iconic wines. It is made from a blend of local grapes, aged in French oak barrels. Its aromas evoke red fruits, licorice, black pepper, and chocolate. The palate is full-bodied, elegant, balanced, and deeply mineral.
