DESCRIPTION

Pale straw yellow colour with

greenish reflections. It has a delicate,

yet intense bouquet with marked

floral notes when young, which

becomes wider and reminiscent of

ripe fruit (pear, peach and melon)

with ageing. Its taste is elegant but

discreet, with a pleasantly fresh

flavour due to the light acidity which

exalts the sensations.

Pinot Noir, a wine developed in detail, sculpted with devotion and care in the pursuit of the perfect balance.

It expects from the enologist the same mastery of a sculptor as scrupulous as talented and creative: his majesty the Pinot Noir is demanding, though, in the end, it gives back as much.

Its aromas and flavors bring out an elegance that few other wines can boast. A refinement which materializes in the cherry red, moulded in the rich minerality of the grapes. The work of research and modeling is intense: the result is a work of art.

This red wine, with its warm fruity notes and sunny, Mediterranean character, comes from the heart of Tuscany’s Maremma zone.

This wine comes from a special vineyard, grown in an old marl quarry at 450m altitude, which we have converted

the cultivation of the vine.

Our Ripasso Superiore is characterized by aromas of ripe red fruit, light tannins and a long finish.

After a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, towards the end of February the wine is fermented in contact with the Amarone skins for about 15 days. After this, the wine is matured in oak barrels and tonons for about 24 months, followed by a further maturation of 6 months in the bottle

Satèn DOCG – Instinct

Like silk. Very fine perlage and refined creaminess for soft aromatic sips.

Silky and creamy on the palate as only Franciacorta Satén can be. A soft foam, obtained only from white grapes, characterized by a very fine, harmonious and less aggressive perlage in the mouth due to the characteristic internal pressure, less than 5 atmospheres.

In its multifaceted bouquet, typical of fermentation in bottle, the notes of almond meet those of hazelnut and blend with a hint of bread crust, enhancing a trail of floral aromas.

Instinct Satén is balanced in a perfect structure, between sapidity and citrus freshness to best accompany delicate first courses and lake or shellfish dishes. It is also ideal as an aperitif

AROMA

White flowers of acacia, jasmine, bouquet of citrus such as pineapple, grapefruit and orange, apple, pear and mango and a light note of bananas.

A Soave Classico Doc in which one can recognize immediately the limestone: an easy material to carve, friable. Extremely pliable.

Description

Born from the careful selection of our Garganega grapes grown on hills; round wine, with mineral accents, exhibits a complex nose of tropical fruit. A warm, perfumed and mellow Soave.

Great matched with fish dishes, vegetable and fish cruditès. Pairs well with fresh and soft cheese and selected finger food.

Serve at 12°C.

Over-ripened Garganega grapes, selected and picked in the middle of October, in order to guarantee a major extractive content. An alluring Soave, born from a wise and long bottle ageing. It matches well with tasty dishes, combined with creams, vegetable pies, risotti, cheeses soufflée and white meats.
