ALPONE Durello Blu, Charmat method, likes to play: it has a full flavor, slightly sour, which distinguishes itself for the game it begins with salivation, by stimulating it with a slight bitter aftertaste. The hints of this sparkling wine have in fact a strong citric vein. The taste is dry and slightly fruity. The fragrances evoke wildflowers and white pulp fruit. It is lively wine, with a bright straw yellow color and fine grain long lasting perlage. A playful glamour.

In ALPONE GIALLO with Durella grape, sparkling Charmat method, we can discern a specific feeling: trust, which is as intangible as it is strong and unshakable. It is the security and light heartedness of letting oneself go and say “I trust you”. It shines and it is delicate. Just like this straw yellow color sparkling wine, delicate in the fresh fragrance of wildflowers and white pulp fruit. The flavor is velvety, lively, slightly fruity with a toasted hint and long lasting ending.

to white grape varietal.

AROMA

White flowers of acacia, jasmine, bouquet of citrus such as pineapple, grapefruit and orange, apple, pear and mango and a light note of bananas.

The material that enlivens the Perinato Soave Classico Doc is volcanic, like the hilly terroir where the homonymous vineyard has grown since 1990. So this wine is made without doubt a noticeable minerality , salinity and saltiness contribute towards moulding a bold Cru. Volcanic.

This wine is dedicated to the memory of our origins: Perinato is in fact the surname that our ancestors bore in 1600.

La Schiava gentile è varietà autoctona della regione Trentino-Alto Adige, dove è coltivata da tempo immemore e citata fin dal 1300, proprio perché fin da allora veniva

"schiavizzata" (legata) ad un tutore morto (palo), diversamente dall'abitudine di lasciar crescere la vite arrampicata ad un tutore vivo (arbusto), in uso fin dall'antichità. Della

stessa famiglia fanno parte anche le sorelle S. grossa e S. grigia che, con una piccola parte di Lagrein, costituiscono la base per i noti Santa Maddalena e Lago di Caldaro.
