"Neroluce" is a Spumante Bianco Brut DOC that is born from the aromas of Nero d'Avola, whose grapes are fully developed thanks to the Sicilian sunlight and the cool breezes of the nearby Mediterranean Sea. An undoubtedly interesting bubble that reveals an unprecedented face of one of the most important varietals of the entire island. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest, are processed in steel autoclaves, following the production principles of the Martinotti Method. A label that marks a new milestone for sparkling wine production throughout Sicily: a must try.
