Colore: Rosso rubino intenso.
Profumo: Intenso e persistente con spiccate note di frutti a bacca rossa ed eleganti note speziate.
Sapore: Secco, abbastanza caldo d’alcool, con una leggera acidità, sapido, di buona morbidezza e discreto corpo.
Accostamenti: Si abbina in maniera ottimale con minestre e piatti a base di carni bianche.

ALPONE Durello Blu, Charmat method, likes to play: it has a full flavor, slightly sour, which distinguishes itself for the game it begins with salivation, by stimulating it with a slight bitter aftertaste.
