In the glass it presents itself with a bright straw colored guise. The olfactory spectrum develops around reading citrus notes, alternating with fine herbaceous hints. In the mouth it is soft, and hits for the great freshness fueled by excellent flavor. He closes with a final characterized by a fruity aftertaste.
It is the ideal bottle for a delicious aperitif: it combines very well with vegetables, canapés, raw fish and fresh cheeses. Also ideal with light first courses, it is to try with the Tataki tuna.

Il vigneto si trova a circa 450 m s.l.m. nella vallata d’Alpone, San Giovanni Ilarione, VR. La selezione delle uve avviene su un vigneto di un ettaro e mezzo con i vitigni Pinot Grigio e Garganega. L’età media dei vigneti è di quindici anni.

Il Teroldego è probabilmente il più antico vitigno di qualità prodotto in Trentino; se ne parla, infatti, fin dal XV secolo, ma senza certezze sull'origine etimologica: forse si rifà a quel "Tiroler Gold" - oro del Tirolo - per la sua intrinseca qualità che spinse Cesare Battisti a definirlo "vino principe del Trentino". I suoi produttori si costituirono per primi, nel 1948, in un Consorzio per la Tutela del Teroldego rotaliano e per primi, nel 1970, ottennero il riconoscimento della Denominazione di Origine Controllata
