Il celebre Amarone di Allegrini è un vino robusto e importante, affinato per 18 mesi in barrique nuove. Nasce da impianti con più di 30 anni di età, da uve in surmaturazione naturale. Al naso regala note di frutta rossa matura e sotto spirito, con toni speziati, mentre il gusto è pieno, morbido e avvolgente. Un grande Amarone. Un riferimento dell'intera denominazione

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE

Rosso rubino scuro, al naso esprime al naso esprime intense note di frutta in confettura, toni speziati e vegetali, richiami di tabacco e di vaniglia. Si tratta di un profilo olfattivo di grande fascino, cui segue un assaggio ricco, complesso, avvolgente. Caldo, caratterizzato da una trama tannica abbastanza definita, chiude con un finale di lunghissima persistenza, sul frutto.

On the palate, the alcohol structure blends well with a sustained acidity and a respectable and enjoyable glycerine tone. The wine is very elegant and complex, with initial rough tannins. It is a wine that needs the valuable help of time to confer an absolutely exciting and velvety smoothness. Very long and persistent.
