The sparkling Müller Special Cuvée is made with the Méthode Charmat technique, known also as Metodo Martinotti, which is produced through the aging on the yeasts and a second fermentation into big stainless steel vats. This process enhances the subtlety of the varietal aromas. The grapes grown in hilly and mountainous vineyards in the Cembra Valley and Cavedine Valley are carefully selected before being processed.

Il vignaiolo Stefano Posenato ha voluto effettuare la vendemmia tardiva per dare caratteristiche e sensazioni particolari al vino che state bevendo. L’uva è stata tenuta sotto controllo ogni giorno dal 6 ottobre al 15 novembre. E’ stata raccolta a mano e poi vinificata con passione da Stefano Posenato.

Colore di impressionante concentrazione. Il naso è raffinato, ricco di pimpanti sensazioni floreali, frutta rossa e nera, pepe, salamoia, tabacco al mentolo. Energico e ben rispondente, sfodera morbidezza sinuosa e tannini abbondanti quanto vellutati. Freschezza senza cedimenti e struttura compatta lasciano presagire grande potenziale evolutivo.

Garganega and Trebbiano grapes give life to this

simple and refined wine. Fresh, fruity and elegant, it

is the right wine for any occasion.

Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes make this

wine the perfect reflection of the vines characteristics,

spreading an intense and persistent bouquet.

After aging in the underground cellars for three years, the Lessini Durello “Brut”, produced with Traditional Method, learns perseverance. The ability of being stable, continuous. Persistence. In the same way this sparkling wine is long lasting iwhich can be appreciated in the mouth for a certain creaminess of the bubbles, parallel to a mineral quality which evokes rock dust. These have medium length and “push”.

It releases at the end aromas with reminiscences of citrus and pineapple. The color is bright yellow, its perlage is thick and continuous. Complex aroma, of white wildflowers and white pulp fruit with a sweet trace of almonds and toasted bread.

The enologist’s job consists exactly in listening to the variety and the grapes answering the needs they express: in this case, a treatment which reproduces the technique of Ripasso.

The second fermentation – evoked by the name “Due” – corrects in fact any possible defect and leads to an excellent result.

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE

Rosso rubino scuro, al naso esprime al naso esprime intense note di frutta in confettura, toni speziati e vegetali, richiami di tabacco e di vaniglia. Si tratta di un profilo olfattivo di grande fascino, cui segue un assaggio ricco, complesso, avvolgente. Caldo, caratterizzato da una trama tannica abbastanza definita, chiude con un finale di lunghissima persistenza, sul frutto.

On the palate, the alcohol structure blends well with a sustained acidity and a respectable and enjoyable glycerine tone. The wine is very elegant and complex, with initial rough tannins.
