Un vino che nasce dalla bellezza del paesaggio a Podere Casisano, circondato da boschi secolari, a 480 metri di altitudine, sulle colline a sud-est di Montalcino.

Free from interventions thanks to the PIWI grape Solaris that does not need treatments;

free from customs thanks to the vinification with indigenous yeasts and a maceration on the skins.

The vineyards that produce the grapes

for this wine are in Valle di Cavedine,

Cimone and on the Brentonico

Plateau, at an altitude of between 500

and 700 m a.s.l.

The different soils in the three areas

lend this wine an outstanding

complexity of aromas and a wealth of

flavours on the palate. The glacial soils

in the Valle di Cavedine and the

Dolomite limestone in Cimone give the

wine its intense crisp aromas and

minerality, while the basalt, wellstructured soils on the Brentonico

Plateau impart a highly persistent,

well-balanced palate.

DESCRIPTION

Fine, persistent perlage. Pale straw colour with pale green nuances. Intense nose, with hints of white flesh fruits, such as peach and apple, along with crisp citrus notes. A subtle hint of pan brioche and developing mineral notes are perceptible in the background. On the palate it presents as sapid, persistent and extremely well balanced.

The material that enlivens the Perinato Soave Classico Doc is volcanic, like the hilly terroir where the homonymous vineyard has grown since 1990. So this wine is made without doubt a noticeable minerality , salinity and saltiness contribute towards moulding a bold Cru. Volcanic.

This wine is dedicated to the memory of our origins: Perinato is in fact the surname that our ancestors bore in 1600.

Akenta Cuvée71 è un vino molto versatile che si presta per accompagnare aperitivi, pasti, piatti a base di pesce, brindisi e tanti momenti di gioia per gli amanti del vino provenienti da tutto il mondo.

STRAW YELLOW WITH GREENISH REFLECTIONS. CLEAR AND BRIGHT. THE NOSE OFFERS AROMAS OF WHITE CHALK POWDER AND SEA SALT.

Il vigneto si trova a circa 350 s.l.m. nella vallata storica della Valpolicella classica: Marano di Valpolicella. La selezione delle uve avviene su un vigneto di sette ettari con i vitigni storici: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella e Molinara. L’età media dei vigneti è di trent’ anni.

Il vigneto si trova a circa 450 m s.l.m. nella vallata d’Alpone, San Giovanni Ilarione, VR. La selezione delle uve avviene su un vigneto di un ettaro e mezzo  con i vitigni  Pinot Grigio e Garganega. L’età media dei vigneti è di quindici anni.
