Destemming, cold skin maceration (5-7 ºC) in closed press for about 12/18 hours and soft pressing
in low temperature in nitrogen saturation. Static decanting of the free-run juice and
fermentation in steel. After fermentation, the noble lees are preserved by performing weekly
bâtonnage and stored for 6 months. Aging in bottle on its lees for 18 months.

Strongly desired by Marina, wife of Sandro, to whom the name is dedicated, Mariné Rosè is a sparkling wine produced with only Pinot Noir grapes.
The term ‘’Mariné’’ also describes the ''marinade'' to which the wine is subjected, through maceration, which gives it its unique aroma.
It shows an antique pink color, in romantic nuances, with topaz-coppery reflections.
It has good structure and the right balance between acidity and flavor. It has character, charm and a creamy, fresh drink.

Lessini Durello Reserve 36 months is a Champagne Method Sparkling Wine that grows at 500 meters ASL, on Mount Calvarina, in the province of Verona.
It is produced with 85% Durella grape and a small percentage of Pinot Blanc that gives it roundness.
Thanks to the volcanic soils rich in basaltic rocks, in which the grapes are raised, our Lessini Durello has clear saline and mineral notes of flint.
A fine, very persistent perlage, a complex bouquet on the nose and a pleasantly dry and fresh sip that will tickle your palate.
