Soranì Primitivo | Cabernet Sauvignon Puglia IGT

Soranì is the name of the place where Masseria Surani is situated. We have imagined this unique and fascinating location as a woman, Soranì, whose picture is therefore on the labels: a woman who is mysterious, elegant, and passionate, like the area she represents.

Bright ruby red, this Rosso is intensely fruity, with notes of cherry, blackberry and plum, with a slightly spicy finish.

Young and fragrant white wine, produced in the small area between the provinces of Verona and Brescia from which it takes the name, Lugana owes its full body, freshness and abundance of aromas to the extremely favourable climate and the naturally alluvial and sandy soil.

Due Veneto Rosso IGT: every sculpture has a double soul. One hidden in the raw material, the other moulded by the hands of the sculptor. With precise gestures and finesse he extracts the perfect beauty concealed in the material. In the same way, only with equal accuracy and finesse, a wine like Due Veneto IGT can be achieved. The enologist’s job consists exactly in listening to the variety and the grapes answering the needs they express: in this case, a treatment which reproduces the technique of Ripasso.

The second fermentation – evoked by the name “Due” – corrects in fact any possible defect and leads to an excellent result.
