Due Veneto Rosso IGT: every sculpture has a double soul. One hidden in the raw material, the other moulded by the hands of the sculptor. The enologist’s job consists exactly in listening to the variety and the grapes answering the needs they express: in this case, a treatment which reproduces the technique of Ripasso.
The second fermentation – evoked by the name “Due” – corrects in fact any possible defect and leads to an excellent result.

DESCRIPTION
Pale straw yellow colour with
greenish reflections. It has a delicate,
yet intense bouquet with marked
floral notes when young, which
becomes wider and reminiscent of
ripe fruit (pear, peach and melon)
with ageing. Its taste is elegant but
discreet, with a pleasantly fresh
flavour due to the light acidity which
exalts the sensations.

DESCRIPTION
Pale straw yellow colour with golden
hints. The bouquet is intense,
supported by aromatic notes of
elder, fig leaves and grapefruit. Dry
with good body, pleasantly acidic.
Sebastian Brut Rosé
Il Sebastian Brut Rosé è ottenuto da vitigni a bacca
rossa. Dopo la vendemmia si effettua una spremitura
soffice ed una lieve macerazione a bassa temperatura
per estrarre dalle bucce parte del colore. Segue
una vinificazione a bassa temperatura e a seguire
la seconda fermentazione del vino in autoclave con
affinamento sui lieviti per alcuni mesi. Questo permette
di ottenere uno spumante dall’ampio bouquet di
profumi freschi e avvolgenti, e dalla struttura vibrante.
Lugana 'Prestige' Ca'...
Il Lugana Prestige di Cà Maiol è un'interpretazione fresca e aromaticamente complessa e delicata proveniente dal Lago di Garda che profuma di lime e mela verde con dettagli di timo selvatico e pepe bianco, mentre al sorso è piacevolmente morbido e di ottimo equilibrio, con un fragrante finale aromatico.
