CANSIGNORIO - RECIOTO DI SOAVE DOCG

The Recioto di Soave DOCG ''Cansignorio'', named after a famous character of the Scaligera Family, is the highest expression of the Garganega grape, which is left to dry on mats until the Easter period, during which traditionally the pressing takes place. The process gives the color of gold with amber reflections to the wine, which contains hints of dried flowers, Golden-Apple jam, and a slight aroma of anise. In the mouth it is sweet and fresh at the same time, full of great persistence and harmony.

Glera

Sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage with a strawyellow colour. It has a scent of ripe fruit, apples and pears. It’ s an excellent

aperitif suitable for gatherings and parties. It goes perfectly with mixed

fish fry. 100% Glera. Night harvested.

This ripasso superiore originates in the rugged and steep terrain of the Garbi Mountains. It is a really interesting combination of young Valpolicella and Amarone pomace.

Colore: intenso rosso granato.

Profumo: ricco e marcato, con note di fiori e frutti appassiti, erbe balsamiche, chiodi di garofano, tabacco, cacao e cuoio.

Sapore: pieno, strutturato, vellutato, persistente e dalla progressione gustativa “tridimensionale”.

Deep dark ruby red that gradually turns towards garnet. Powerful and aristocratic nose made of ripe fruit, jam, sensations of cocoa, walnut husk, tobacco and leather. A powerful yet gentle and elegant full-bodied wine, very noble in roundness, complex and with an unmistakable flavor played on the balance between volume and softness, warmth and freshness, austerity and richness.

Medium intensity ruby red colour. The scent is vinous, characteristic, pleasant and delicate, reminiscent of the fruits that ripen in the area: cherries, morello cherries and plums. The taste is dry, full-bodied, bitterish, savory and harmonious, sometimes captivating due to the pungent ginger, a typical note in our wines.

Quest’uva, prestandosi molto bene al processo di spumantizzazione, ci offre l’opportunità di creare una bollicina fresca e profumata tutta veronese.
