Floral aroma of red roses and pansies, fruity aroma of cherries, sour cherries, plums, greengages, woodland berries such as blackberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants, raspberries.

Creaman Pas Dosè è dedicato agli amanti dei vini di grande tipicità, in cui sono preservate al massimo le caratteristiche dell’uva, in questo caso la Garganega. Dopo sessanta mesi di affinamento sui lieviti l’uva Garganega conserva una freschezza sorprendente, che Fasoli Gino ha deciso non scalfire con alcuna aggiunta, a tutto vantaggio di purezza e autenticità. Bollicine finissime e continue, profumi di agrumi, fiori di campo e crosta di pane, gusto brioso, morbido e minerale: Creaman Pas Dosè è perfetto in ogni situazione, per chi crede la scelta del vino sia importante almeno quanto il cibo!

Dedicate alla fondatrice della Maison, le cuvée Léonie sono champagne per intenditori. L'utilizzo di Pinot Noir e Pinot Meunier in questa cuvée in abbinamento con un invecchiamento minimo di 3 anni crea un'ottima struttura e ricchezza.

Tonalità oro pallido, aromi di frutta gialla cotta, frutta esotica, fiori secchi e pan di zenzero.

La sua importante freschezza accompagna aromi di ananas candito, leggermente piccante e tostato.

Cuvée Léonie Brut è uno champagne elegante. Freschezza ed esotismo sono i suoi tratti distintivi.

A product made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc variety which expects attention and pursuit of detail.

The enologist’s job consists exactly in listening to the variety and the grapes answering the needs they express: in this case, a treatment which reproduces the technique of Ripasso.

The second fermentation – evoked by the name “Due” – corrects in fact any possible defect and leads to an excellent result.

Garganega in all its purity and the name of a hill, of a road, of many families. The name of a land and its wines. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Citrus in particular of grapefruit. Fresh and long persistence, ending with a delicate hint of bitter almond typical of the sweet

In the glass it presents itself with a bright straw colored guise. The olfactory spectrum develops around reading citrus notes, alternating with fine herbaceous hints. In the mouth it is soft, and hits for the great freshness fueled by excellent flavor. He closes with a final characterized by a fruity aftertaste.

It is the ideal bottle for a delicious aperitif: it combines very well with vegetables, canapés, raw fish and fresh cheeses. Also ideal with light first courses, it is to try with the Tataki tuna.
