Manual harvesting by small crates during the third week of September.
Destemming, cold film maceration in a closed press for 12/18 hours and soft
pressing in nitrogen saturation at low temperature. Free-run juice decanting
before the fermentation. After the stainless steel fermentation, the noble lees are
preserved for 6 months by performing weekly bâtonnage.

DESCRIPTION
A bright, straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and a good consistency.
The bouquet is clear, with fruity notes of almond, yellow peach and lime,
accompanied by floral notes of linden. Distinctly mineral sensations alternate
with hints of sage, thyme and acacia honey.
The mouthfeel is dry and elegantly enveloping, in perfect balance between the
distinct sapidity and the inviting tangy freshness.

Monti Lessini Reserve 100 months is a Champagne Method Sparkling Wine that grows at 500 meters ASL, on Mount Calvarina, in the province of Verona.
It is produced with 85% Durella grape and a small percentage of Pinot Blanc that gives it roundness.
Thanks to the volcanic soils rich in basaltic rocks, in which the grapes are raised, our Lessini Durello has clear saline and mineral notes of flint.
A fine, very persistent perlage, a complex bouquet on the nose and a pleasantly dry and fresh sip that will tickle your palate.

Bright ruby red, with shades of garnet red. Nose: Scent of ripe red fruits spiced with a whisk of liquorice, black pepper and nutmeg and a faint mineral vein. Palate: Solid structure, full, with round and sweet tannins, soft and elegant.
