Pas Dosé Blanc interprets the Classic Method with great refinement and is reserved for those who appreciate the clearest and purest expressiveness of Franciacorta. Long and savory sips make it important on the palate, with its fragrance and aromatic complexity.

Il vigneto si trova a circa 450 m s.l.m. nella vallata d’Alpone, San Giovanni Ilarione, VR. La selezione delle uve avviene su un vigneto di un ettaro e mezzo  con i vitigni  Pinot Grigio e Garganega. L’età media dei vigneti è di quindici anni.

The sparkling Müller Special Cuvée is made with the Méthode Charmat technique, known also as Metodo Martinotti, which is produced through the aging on the yeasts and a second fermentation into big stainless steel vats. This process enhances the subtlety of the varietal aromas. The grapes grown in hilly and mountainous vineyards in the Cembra Valley and Cavedine Valley are carefully selected before being processed.

Lessini Durello Reserve 36 months is a Champagne Method Sparkling Wine that grows at 500 meters ASL, on Mount Calvarina, in the province of Verona.

It is produced with 85% Durella grape and a small percentage of Pinot Blanc that gives it roundness.

Thanks to the volcanic soils rich in basaltic rocks, in which the grapes are raised, our Lessini Durello has clear saline and mineral notes of flint.

A fine, very persistent perlage, a complex bouquet on the nose and a pleasantly dry and fresh sip that will tickle your palate.

Tonalità oro pallido, aromi di frutta gialla cotta, frutta esotica, fiori secchi e pan di zenzero.

La sua importante freschezza accompagna aromi di ananas candito, leggermente piccante e tostato.

Cuvée Léonie Brut è uno champagne elegante. Freschezza ed esotismo sono i suoi tratti distintivi.
