Lugana DOC "I Frati"...
Intended to be consumed as a vintage, it expresses the best of itself many years after bottling. When young, it is fresh,
linear and furnished with great sophistication and elegance with delicate hints of white flowers, balsamic notes and
traces of apricot. Time enables it to evolve, allowing the mineral notes to be expressed with greater determination,
thereby acquiring its complexity with traces of iodates, spices and candied fruit. In the mouth, it is capable of
enveloping the whole palate thanks to a significant savoury essence, accompanied by strong, exuberant acidity.
Lugana DOC...

Fully ripe grapes are harvested around the middle of October and the highly productive land gives us a product with
structure and a great capacity for ageing. All its complexity is tangible to the taste. To the nose, there are hints of ripe
fruit, peaches, yellow apples, with fresh, balsamic notes. The palate is enveloped by an invasion of flavour, maintaining
all its freshness and elegance.

A high level Rosé with a great capacity to surprise with its simple authority. Fresh, delicate yet sharp at the same time,
it is capable of being the centrepiece of the table. To the nose, there are clear hints of hawthorn flowers, green apple
and wild cherry. In the mouth, it is tasty, fresh, savoury and able to stimulate the palate thanks to its sharp acidity and
hints of small red fruit

CANSIGNORIO - RECIOTO DI SOAVE DOCG
The Recioto di Soave DOCG ''Cansignorio'', named after a famous character of the Scaligera Family, is the highest expression of the Garganega grape, which is left to dry on mats until the Easter period, during which traditionally the pressing takes place. The process gives the color of gold with amber reflections to the wine, which contains hints of dried flowers, Golden-Apple jam, and a slight aroma of anise. In the mouth it is sweet and fresh at the same time, full of great persistence and harmony.

THE WINE
A historic Antinori wine, produced since the 2011 vintage with grapes from Tenuta Tignanello. It is composed almost entirely of Sangiovese grapes, blended with a small amount of other complementary varietals. A wine that fully expresses the quality and elegance of Sangiovese from these areas.

VINIFICATION
Manual harvesting by small crates during the first decade of September.
Selection of the bunches and destemming, then cryomaceration in closed
press at 5 °C a.s. for 12 hours and soft pressing. Decanting of the free-run
juice, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then preservation for 5/7 months
of the noble lees by performing weekly bâtonnage.

Bramito della Sala is produced from the vineyards surrounding the medieval castle at Castello della Sala. One variety that thrives in this terroir is Chardonnay. The vineyards are on soils rich in fossil deposits with veins of clay that give the wine minerality and elegance. Bramito della Sala’s first vintage was 1994.

Tasting Notes
Cont’Ugo 2022 is an intense ruby red color. The nose offers smooth notes of small ripe red fruit especially currants, raspberries and ripe cherries accompanied by light hints of Mediterranean scrub and forest floor. The palate delivers good structure, excellent persistence of flavors and a pleasant fruity finish.

Tasting Notes: Bright ruby red in color, the nose opens with notes of cherry, plum, and sweet spices, enriched with floral notes. On the palate, it is enveloping and pleasant, with soft tannins and a fruity finish.
