CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA: THE ELEGANCE OF ANTINORI
The Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG Marchese Antinori is a Tuscan red wine produced from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the Tignanello Estate. This area, characterized by hot summers and marked temperature variations, gives the wine a distinct personality. Vinification in stainless steel with a 9-10 day maceration and aging in barrique contribute to creating an elegant and complex wine.
Blend: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aging: 12 months in barrique.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red in color, the nose presents a rich bouquet of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and plum, spicy notes of vanilla and tobacco, and balsamic hints. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft and velvety tannins, a pleasant acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
Pairings: Grilled red meats, roasts, game, aged cheeses, and pasta dishes with rich sauces.
Why choose it: A guarantee of quality and prestige.
The Antinori family has been committed to the art of winemaking for over six centuries since 1385 when Giovanni di Piero Antinori became a member, of the “Arte Fiorentina dei Vinattieri”, the Florentine Winemakers’ Guild.
