E’ un vino ottenuto da “doppia maturazione ragionata” dell’uva Garganega, raccolta a mano verso la metà di novembre nel comune di Monteforte d’Alpone (foglio 6 mappale 170 e 184) nel cuore storico per la produzione del Soave Classico. La natura del terreno di origine vulcanica rende questo vino complesso e molto piacevole.

Il Soave Vulcano di Zambon si palesa all’occhio con un colore giallo paglierino, dotato di una bella luminosità.

In the glass it presents itself with a bright straw colored guise. The olfactory spectrum develops around reading citrus notes, alternating with fine herbaceous hints. In the mouth it is soft, and hits for the great freshness fueled by excellent flavor. He closes with a final characterized by a fruity aftertaste.
