After aging in the underground cellars for three years, the Lessini Durello “Brut”, produced with Traditional Method, learns perseverance. The ability of being stable, continuous. Persistence. In the same way this sparkling wine is long lasting iwhich can be appreciated in the mouth for a certain creaminess of the bubbles, parallel to a mineral quality which evokes rock dust. These have medium length and “push”.
It releases at the end aromas with reminiscences of citrus and pineapple. The color is bright yellow, its perlage is thick and continuous. Complex aroma, of white wildflowers and white pulp fruit with a sweet trace of almonds and toasted bread.

Data sheet
Segue
profumi freschi e avvolgenti, e dalla struttura vibrante.
“Energy and persistence conquer everything”. Benjamin Franklin
It has an ancient golden dress, with bronze hues. A color that evokes tales of ancient warriors and their shields. It is in fact a wine which expresses energy. Il Lessini Durello “Extra Brut” is intense, enveloping and very long lasting. It is a complex sparkling wine, lively but with interesting scented ripe shades. Its scents are of dark bread crusts, acacia and honey hints.
Tasting Notes.: On visual examination, it shows a typical straw color, with a medium-sized and persistent perlage. The bouquet on the nose offers floral notes and more fruity references. On the palate it is light-bodied, fine and balanced, with a fresh sip that recalls an herbaceous flavor.
