- La freschezza del Valpolicella si sposa con l'austera saggezza delle vinacce dell'Amarone dando vita ad un vino in cui fruttuosità e speziatura incontrano grande morbidezza e tannicità, in un insieme di grandissima eleganza ed incredibile serbevolezza.
Di colore rosso rubino inchiostrato, profondo e carico, dona al naso tutta la sua complessità e la sua eleganza con note di frutta rossa matura, sottobosco, speziature dolci e rimandi di liquerizia e cacao. In bocca la struttura alcolica si fonde egregiamente con una sostenuta acidità, su cui si innesta un tono glicerico di assoluto rispetto e di grande godibilità. L’insieme risulta estremamente elegante e complesso, con un’espressione tannica inizialmente ruvida che si evolve poi, ma in questo il vino necessita del prezioso aiuto del tempo, in suadenze vellutate assolutamente entusiasmanti. Il finale è lungo ed avvolgente e la persistenza gustativa fa sì che il vino rimanga anche dopo molto tempo.
Abbinamenti: La cacciagione e le carni rosse proposte a seguito di lunghe cotture risultano l’accompagnamento ideale per questo vino, così come i formaggi stagionati ed i cibi in cui la carica aromatica e strutturale del piatto richieda alcolicità e struttura.
