DENOMINATION: Lessini Durello D.O.C. – Spumante Charmat Method Brut
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Durella
AREA OF PRODUCTION: Area of Vestenanova, located in the Alpone valley
HARVEST: Completely harvested by hand in mid-October
TECHNIQUE: Soft-pressed wine with a following white vinification obtained using the long Charmat method (90 days), into temperature-controlled (15-17°) stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTE: A sparkling wine, straw yellow-coloured, with a delicate aroma of white fruit like peach, and exotic fruit like grapefruit, citrus, pawpaw, mango and lemon. The taste is slightly acidic with a characteristic saltiness and freshness gifted by mineral hints. Numerous, fine and persistent bubbles.

ALPONE Durello Blu, Charmat method, likes to play: it has a full flavor, slightly sour, which distinguishes itself for the game it begins with salivation, by stimulating it with a slight bitter aftertaste. The hints of this sparkling wine have in fact a strong citric vein. The taste is dry and slightly fruity. The fragrances evoke wildflowers and white pulp fruit. It is lively wine, with a bright straw yellow color and fine grain long lasting perlage. A playful glamour.
