The memory of farm animals is very dear to our farming history. In particular, a large group of these

squawking birds, used to run around undisturbed in

the courtyard and among the vineyards. The repre

sentation of the goose in a double-breasted jacket

and tie is meant to symbolize the evolution of our organic wine, which over the years has reached the re

finement and elegance it has always sought. The but

-

tonhole flower is a Phacelia tanacetifolia, one of the

flowers that we plant in the vineyards following the

biodynamic method of green manure.

Finally, the “Goose Approved” logo expresses the ideals of environmental sustainability and respect for the

terroir. Our goal is regenerative agriculture, beyond

organic.

The bouquet is fruity and floral with notes of

wild rose with an enveloping scent of a fresh
