The vineyard is located about 350 meters above sea level. in the historic valley of classic Valpolicella: Marano di Valpolicella. The selection of the grapes takes place on a vineyard of seven hectares with the historic vines: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The average age of the vineyards is thirty years.

Bel colore rubino luminoso. Al naso offre sentori di marasca, rosa appassita, tabacco dolce su un’intrigante nota di sottobosco. In bocca è riproposta la nota fruttata con ricordi di pepe nero su tannini morbidi e non invasivi.

Like a sparkling wine characterized by a fine but long lasting perlage. Trust is like the spontaneity of a friend you can count on. It is the security and light heartedness of letting oneself go and say “I trust you”. It shines and it is delicate. Just like this straw yellow color sparkling wine, delicate in the fresh fragrance of wildflowers and white pulp fruit. The flavor is velvety, lively, slightly fruity with a toasted hint and long lasting ending.

La sperimentazione è sempre stata una prerogativa della nostra azienda. Dopo lunghe ricerche abbiamo trovato il blend che volevamo, dalla spiccata personalità e dalla superba eleganza, frutto dell’unione di alcuni fortunati vitigni a bacca rossa, ognuno con le proprie particolari caratteristiche. Le operazioni di vinificazione ed elaborazione sono molto lunghe e complesse. Per questo nuovo prodotto abbiamo dunque scelto il termine “Appassilento”, a indicare il lungo processo di lavorazione condotto “a passo lento”. Il risultato è un vino ben strutturato, pieno ma liscio, morbido, vellutato. Così lo volevamo e così emoziona.
