Il naso si racconta con un’apertura floreale, agrumata e minerale, intervallata da qualche rimando alla frutta a guscio e a nuances più marine.
All’assaggio è di corpo leggero, lineare e con un sorso pulito e scorrevole, da cui emerge un gusto dotato di buona sapidità.
Una bottiglia che interpreta il territorio secondo la visione anticonvenzionale di Federico Zambon, vulcanico proprietario della cantina che in tutte le sue etichette ricerca la ricchezza aromatica e l’espressività.
Le uve vengono raccolte nei vigneti collocati tra il monte Duello e il monte Calvarina, ad un'altitidine di 300 slm di media.
