Just like this straw yellow color sparkling wine, delicate in the fresh fragrance of wildflowers and white pulp fruit. The flavor is velvety, lively, slightly fruity with a toasted hint and long lasting ending.

The enologist’s job consists exactly in listening to the variety and the grapes answering the needs they express: in this case, a treatment which reproduces the technique of Ripasso.

The second fermentation – evoked by the name “Due” – corrects in fact any possible defect and leads to an excellent result.

Un Soave vestito da sera

Il vino che state bevendo è il frutto di una autentica passione del vignaiolo Stefano Posenato. E’ un vino  ottenuto da “doppia maturazione ragionata” dell’uva Garganega, raccolta a mano verso la metà di novembre nel comune di Monteforte d’Alpone (foglio 6 mappale 170 e 184) nel cuore storico per la produzione del Soave Classico. La natura del terreno di origine vulcanica rende questo vino complesso e molto piacevole.

Vino Spumante a Metodo Classico non dosato ottenuto da uve Durella.

Le uve vengono raccolte nei vigneti collocati tra il Monte Duello e il Monte Calvarina ad un'altitudine di 450 slm di media.
