La sperimentazione è sempre stata una prerogativa della nostra azienda. Dopo lunghe ricerche abbiamo trovato il blend che volevamo, dalla spiccata personalità e dalla superba eleganza, frutto dell’unione di alcuni fortunati vitigni a bacca rossa, ognuno con le proprie particolari caratteristiche. Le operazioni di vinificazione ed elaborazione sono molto lunghe e complesse. Per questo nuovo prodotto abbiamo dunque scelto il termine “Appassilento”, a indicare il lungo processo di lavorazione condotto “a passo lento”. Il risultato è un vino ben strutturato, pieno ma liscio, morbido, vellutato. Così lo volevamo e così emoziona.

Organoleptic notes
Rosso rubino intenso con riflessi purpurei. Fruttato, di amarena, prugna, mora e ribes, oreale di ori rossi appassiti, speziato di pepe nero. Di corpo pieno e morbido, intenso, con una tannicità perfettamente bilanciata dalla naturale rotondità ed eleganza.

Great wine for roasts. Excellent with cheeses and soups.
It cleans the mouth after dishes greedy for sauce, thanks
to its soft tannins.

Descrizione
Blend di Garganega e Chardonnay, charmat lungo, dal gusto fresco e leggero. Di medio corpo, perlage fine e resistente, regala piacevoli note fruttate. Perfetto come aperitivo accompagnato da finger food e stuzzichini salati. Si sposa con piatti a base di pesce o salumi e formaggi freschi.
Servire in flûte a 8°C.

FARINA-Valpolicella...
Exquisite red wine that expresses the authentic soul, perfumes and flavors of the territory from which it comes from. Described as “Superiore” because it comes from grapes with a higher alcohol content and it is aged for at least one year. This gives the wine body and structure, but also greater roundness and elegance.

DESCRIPTION
Fine, persistent perlage. Pale straw colour with pale green nuances. Intense nose, with hints of white flesh fruits, such as peach and apple, along with crisp citrus notes. A subtle hint of pan brioche and developing mineral notes are perceptible in the background. On the palate it presents as sapid, persistent and extremely well balanced.
