The Tommasi family’s Classic wine par excellence. Its elegance and structure, roundedness and complexity make this wine truly unique.
We dare say this is the Amarone that you can open and enjoy at a meal without feeling overwhelmed. Elegant, smooth and never overpowering: these are the hallmark traits of our flagship wine.
Pinot Noir, a wine developed in detail, sculpted with devotion and care in the pursuit of the perfect balance.
It expects from the enologist the same mastery of a sculptor as scrupulous as talented and creative: his majesty the Pinot Noir is demanding, though, in the end, it gives back as much.
Its aromas and flavors bring out an elegance that few other wines can boast. A refinement which materializes in the cherry red, moulded in the rich minerality of the grapes. The work of research and modeling is intense: the result is a work of art.
Flagship wine of Poggio al Tufo project, it is the first wine made by the Tommasi family in Tuscany Maremma. A blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvingon with refined and warm features, which fascinates for liveliness and elegance.
Rompicollo is a Tuscan blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon from the famous volcanic tuff soils in the wild Maremma countryside, in what can be considered Italy’s far west.

VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE
The Valpolicella Superior Ferragù is a wine of great temper and structure which completely departs from the usual category wine. It is a wine with a faceted personality, vivid color, noble and excellent tannic persistence.
Intense ruby red colour.
A fruit flavor reaches the nose and it perfectly blends itself with spiced and vanilla flavor.
It results full, smooth and persistent to the mouth.
A clean wine, of great content. A wine of stature with superb clarity.
The Ferragù’s Valpolicella Superior is a great fine red wine which can remarkably well atend red meats, braised meats, roast and most of all venison.
It’s also suggested with salami, aged cheese and typical dishes..
