Vinification:
Harvest: Manual in the first half of September.
Fermentation: Takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Terroir and viticulture:
Merlot “La Corte del Pozzo” comes from vineyards on silty, sandy and stony soil. The cultivation systems are the traditional short Veronese pergola and the Guyot, with a yield of 60 quintals per hectare.

FRAGRANCE: Delicately floral.
