AGEING AND REFINING: oak barrels for 2-3
months. Following bottle ageing.
TASTING NOTES: Golden yellow colour. On the
nose delicate and fine floral notes and nuances
of dried fruit. Soft, persistent and savory, this is
a well structured wine which gives its best after
one year of bottle ageing.
Villa Mattielli
Our winery counts two different cellars for our wines production:
one is located in SOAVE area and the other in the VALPOLICELLA DOC area.
Both our cellars are equipped with modern production systems, which allows us to follow, in first person, the whole vinification process,
starting from the grape de-stemming to the storage of the bottles.

Born from the careful selection of our Garganega grapes grown on hills; round wine, with mineral accents, exhibits a complex nose of tropical fruit. A warm, perfumed and mellow Soave.
Great matched with fish dishes, vegetable and fish cruditès. Pairs well with fresh and soft cheese and selected finger food.
Serve at 12°C.
