The Tedeschi winery is located in the center of Pedemonte in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica.
Over the years, we have renovated and enlarged the vinification area to optimize the work of fermentation during the harvest based on the accurate selection of grape variety from the various plots. We have also enlarged the aging cellar to ensure the appropriate maturation time for the wines. Our wines age in Slavonian oak barrels with a variable capacity of between 1000 and 5000 liters. After the appropriate length of time in the barrels, the wine undergoes a further aging period before being marketed.
During 1995 and 2005, we launched a study on the control of grapes during their drying phase. The results from this study led to the construction of a modern drying room that maintains the integrity of the grape during the entire drying process thanks to careful control of ambient humidity and regular ventilation.

Valpolicella Superiore...
Il “Capitel San Rocco” è un Valpolicella Ripasso di buona struttura e ottima forza espressiva, maturato per almeno 18 mesi in botti di rovere. Il corredo aromatico è impreziosito da eleganti note di ciliegia, frutti di bosco e violette e vivacizzato da un’elegante e ben bilanciata freschezza
CORASCO ROSSO...
Il vino è prodotto con uve tipiche selezionate nell’area delle Venezie: la Corvina proviene dalle colline moreniche della Valpolicella, il Raboso proviene da Oderzo (Treviso), ed il Refosco è selezionato nella zona di Aquileia. Questo vino è prodotto con una tecnica tradizionale del Veronese: l’appassimento delle uve. In realtà si tratta di un parziale appassimento: le uve poste in fruttaio per circa un mese perdono circa 8-10% del loro peso iniziale. In questo modo si arricchiscono in zuccheri, aumenta l’estratto secco, le ceneri e il colore del vino. Vino di buona struttura tannica, in equilibrio con l’alcol, che gli dona rotondità: la viva acidità gli dà freschezza e ne esalta gli aromi fruttati.
