Il naso si racconta con un’apertura floreale, fruttata, agrumata e minerale, intervallata da qualche rimando alla frutta a guscio e a nuances più marine.
All’assaggio è di corpo medio, lineare e con un sorso pulito e scorrevole, da cui emerge un gusto dotato di buona sapidità.
Una bottiglia che interpreta il territorio secondo la visione anticonvenzionale di Federico Zambon, vulcanico proprietario della cantina che in tutte le sue etichette ricerca la ricchezza aromatica e l’espressività.
Le uve vengono raccolte solo nel vigneto prefilossera collocato sul monte Duello ad un altitudine 230 slm.

Monti Lessini Reserve 100 months is a Champagne Method Sparkling Wine that grows at 500 meters ASL, on Mount Calvarina, in the province of Verona.
It is produced with 85% Durella grape and a small percentage of Pinot Blanc that gives it roundness.
Thanks to the volcanic soils rich in basaltic rocks, in which the grapes are raised, our Lessini Durello has clear saline and mineral notes of flint.
A fine, very persistent perlage, a complex bouquet on the nose and a pleasantly dry and fresh sip that will tickle your palate.
