The memory of farm animals is very dear to our far
-
ming history. In particular, a large group of these
squawking birds, used to run around undisturbed in the courtyard and among the vineyards. The repre
-
sentation of the goose in a double-breasted jacket
and tie is meant to symbolize the evolution of our organic wine, which over the years has reached the re
-
finement and elegance it has always sought. The buttonhole flower is a Phacelia tanacetifolia, one of the
flowers that we plant in the vineyards following the
biodynamic method of green manure.
Finally, the “Goose Approved” logo expresses the ide
-
als of environmental sustainability and respect for the
terroir. Our goal is regenerative agriculture, beyond
organic.
COLOR
Yellow with greenish tints.
