the courtyard and among the vineyards. The repre

and tie is meant to symbolize the evolution of our or

tonhole flower is a Phacelia tanacetifolia, one of the

flowers that we plant in the vineyards following the

biodynamic method of green manure.

COLOR

Vibrant red with purple tints. After several ye

ars of aging, the color becomes warmer ten

ding towards garnet.

AROMA

Ripe prunes, blackberries, cherry syrup and

spices such as cinnamon and cloves.

TASTE

The wine is full-bodied, tannic and

has aromas of ripe fruits.
