It is our mission: to produce an Amarone that respects tradition, while trying to enhance its characteristics thanks to the meticulous work in the vineyard.

Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina
The priority is to preserve the great potency of our grapes. Withering for 70/90 days, slow fermentation (about 15 days) at a controlled temperature.
36 months of rest in new 50% barriques and two years in the bottle to complete the maturation.
